We want you to be happy with WaveMax. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how refunds are handled.
1. Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
2. 14-day refund window
You can request a refund of a subscription payment or one-time credit top-up within 14 days of being charged. This applies to your first purchase, renewal charges, and supplemental credit purchases. If you have not consumed any credits granted by that payment, we will approve a full refund.
If you have consumed any of those credits, contact us to request a pro-rated refund based on the proportion of the credits from that payment that remain unused. When a refund is issued, access provided by the refunded payment ends and its unused credits are removed from your balance. We may decline requests involving abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles. Statutory refund rights in your country are not affected.
3. Failed video generations
Failed video generations are handled automatically: any credits charged for a generation that fails are returned to your credit balance. You do not need to contact support for this.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling by itself does not trigger a refund of past charges; use the refund window above if you were charged within the last 14 days.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@wavemax.pro from the email address on your account with the date of the charge and whether any credits from that payment were used, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the receipt they emailed you. Approved refunds are typically returned to your payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
